What data we collect

We receive data when you use the contact form, calculator, appointment booking or AI assistant:

Purpose of processing

We use the data to answer your inquiry, prepare a requested calculation, book an appointment, operate the assistant and communicate about possible cooperation. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising without separate consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where your inquiry concerns possible cooperation, on steps taken before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to work@opshift.studio.

AI assistant and external processors

To produce an AI assistant response, the conversation text is sent to GroqCloud by Groq, Inc., which processes it on our behalf. Groq states that standard API inference content is not retained by default, although it may be logged temporarily for reliability or abuse prevention for up to 30 days. Data may be processed in the United States using appropriate contractual safeguards. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, health information or other particularly sensitive data in the conversation. We may use vetted providers for hosting and transactional email delivery; they process data only on our instructions.

Data retention

We keep assistant conversations for no more than 90 days. Inquiries, bookings and related communication are kept as long as needed to handle them, but no longer than two years from the last communication, unless required otherwise by law or a business relationship is established.

Cookies

The site uses the essential opshift_consent and opshift_lang cookies to remember your cookie and language choices. Our first-party anonymous analytics starts only after explicit consent. For no more than 90 days, we record pages and sections viewed, active time, scroll depth, interactions, referring domain or campaign tags, and normalized device type, operating system and browser data. Device model or manufacturer is recorded only when the browser exposes it. We do not store the raw IP address, full user-agent string, advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking data. Without consent, analytics does not start.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing at any time. Send your request to work@opshift.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
